It works closely with the corporates to offer end-to-end sourcing, employability skills training, certification and placement to candidates above sectors. Prowins Agri System works with the corporates, takes estimation of their manpower requirements and then provide workforce development training to people in respective trades. Thus creating right fit of skills with the right job.


We focus our efforts on forming entrepreneurially minded youths who can contribute to the success of any enterprise. Prowins Agri System is very keen in taking this approach. The organization has joined other like-minded corporates at national level across India to work closely together in moulding out a entrepreneur young generation in our country. We focus on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in youth for the purpose of strengthening the our economy. The key qualities such as creativity, the ability to keep going in the face of hardship, and the social skills to build great teams are essential to start a business and it's essential to learn the specific skills that underpin these qualities.

We also focus on teaching skills needed by all entrepreneurs to become valuable contributors to the success of their ventures. These skills, that we call the Prowins Student Outcomes (PSOs), are being nurtured in all of our students



The objective of PMKVY (Prathan Manthri Koushal Vikas Yojana) Scheme – the flagship programme of Government of India, is to encourage skill development for youth by providing monetary rewards for successful completion of approved training programs. Specifically, the Scheme aims to:

  • Encourage standardization in the certification process and initiate a process of creating a registry of skills
  • Enable and mobilize a large number of Indian youth to take up skill training and become employable and earn their livelihood. Increase productivity of the existing workforce and align the training and certification to the needs of the country.
  • Provide Monetary Awards for Skill Certification to boost employability and productivity of youth by incentivizing them for skill trainings
  • Reward candidates undergoing skill training by authorized institutions at an average monetary reward of Rs. 8,000 (Rupees Eight Thousand) per candidate.
  • Benefit 24 lakh youth at an approximate total cost of Rs. 1,500 Crores.

Prowins Agri System is affiliated to Agriculture Skill Council of India as Training Service Provider (TSP) and has the role of conducting skill training to youth as per guidelines envisaged in the scheme.
